There are several fees applicable to ticket purchases.  Each of these fees is included within the “Convenience and Facility Fees” description on your purchase, whether you buy online or by phone. 

Please note that the Capital Replacement Fee only applies to in-person sales at the K-Rock Centre Ticket Office only.  

Guests are advised that the K-Rock Centre Ticket Office is not operational at this time.  Tickets may not be picked up until such a time as the Ticket Office is open.  As we anticipate that the Ticket Office will open prior to February 22, 2008, please check this website regularly for details.

1. Capital Replacement Fee (Facility Fee)
   The CRF, or Facility Fee, is a per ticket charge and is applied to maintain the K-Rock Centre as a premiere sports and entertainment facility. The CRF contributes to the capital cost for the facility and allows for annual repairs, improvements and enhancements of the facility, both inside and out, to ensure the building and its infrastructure is maintained at a high standard. 2. Convenience Charge
   The convenience charge is a per ticket charge and varies depending on where you purchase your tickets. The convenience charge allows Tickets.com and the K-Rock Centre to provide the convenient and varied means for our customers to acquire tickets to all of our events multitude of events.

3. Order Charge
   The order charge covers the cost to fulfill your ticket request when purchasing online or over the phone: it applies per order and not to each individual ticket and includes such services as taking and maintaining your order on our ticketing systems, arranging for shipping and/or co-ordinating with the appropriate box office.

4. Tickets@Home Delivery Charge
   Tickets@Home offers you the convenience of printing your ticket from your home computer and printer. Just bring your ticket print-out to the Centre on the night of the show for access.

5. Credit Card Charge
   Credit card fees are payable by the customer and are charged at 2.65% of the ticket purchase price (including sales tax) plus the CRF, but not including the other fees above.
